SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to book our vacation home! Please read the following sales terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations and Payments:

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our support team directly. Payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Changes:

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 70% refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total stay cost.

Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

3. Security Deposit:

A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the booking amount may be required upon arrival to cover any damages to the property during the stay.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to inspection of the property’s condition.

4. House Rules:

The house is exclusively for the use of registered guests.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval.

Guests are required to respect quiet hours after evening and to respect the neighbors.

5. Liability:

Management assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests during their stay.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the stay.

6. Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please communicate any special requests in advance.

Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out may incur additional charges.

7. Additional Services:

Additional services such as extra cleaning, linen changes, or transfers can be arranged upon request and may incur additional costs.
